the McIntosh Medical Clinic owned by the municipality and
located at the southwest corner of Avenue I and 10th Street.
The medical building is conveniently located 20 miles south of
Gainesville and highly visible from Hwy. 441.

The medical facility, which has recently been occupied by a
physician, is currently available for immediate occupancy and
consists of approximately 1,765 sq. ft.    The available space
consists of four exam rooms, lab, office/medical records room,
